These terms govern your use of the LOTACORP website and describe the scope of LOTACORP membership. By using this site or enquiring about membership, you agree to them.

About this website

This website provides information about LOTACORP's services and lets you enquire or sign up. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a substitute for professional medical care. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

What membership covers

Membership covers the doctor's time, access and coordination. It does not cover the cost of medicines, laboratory or hospital tests, emergencies, admissions, or other facility services, which are billed by the providers that deliver them.

Sign-up and payment

Completing a sign-up or enquiry form does not by itself create a membership. We will contact you to arrange an introductory call and confirm the right plan. Membership begins once enrolment and any payment are confirmed. Fees are quoted in Ghana cedis; diaspora pricing is available on request, and family plans are tailored to your household.

Privacy

We handle your information in line with our privacy policy and Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012.
